Vance is a highly motivated and experienced civil engineer. He is not only proficient in software, but has been equipped with research skills (Master of Engineering by research) which can help me facilitating problem-solving. Also, by obtaining master degree in project management, he has obtained a wide range of knowledge from technical to management such as risk management, stakeholder management, building design, cost and time management. Therefore, he is able to provide structural and energy-efficient solutions in a effective and efficient manner.
